This is Brett's 6th drawing,  He found these two in Mandalay on a sunny monday morning.  They were sitting in a local temple on the marble tile floor.  The little boy seemed forlorn.  He was quitely and solomly speaking while the girl listened with concern but bright cheerful eyes.  She was his perfect confidant.  Moments like these are pure kindness.  Her shadow  seems to mimic the many statues found throughout Myanmar and suggests that perhaps she has already reached some level of enlightenment.   Maybe this is why the troubled boy seeks her counsel.   This sweetest conversation comes from love.  It seems to show us just how important love is.  Everyone needs some love and empathy along the way for without it the world would be unlivable.
