This drawing was initially a study to see if Brett could draw hair.  This is his first attempt to do so from a reference.  Brett was inspired by her hair and captivated by her expression. Is she late getting ready for a date when the door opens to her surprise?  Or maybe she's otherwise fascinated, traumatised, horrified, confused, concerned, amazed or just interested.  Is she about to speak? Speaking? Interupted mid sentence? Waiting for a response?
